I’ve been working on this remixed/remodeled version of one of the songs from DRF (I just went back through the archives and I have been working on it continually for literally a y e a r as of this month) and last week I thought I was finally done and suddenly when I listened to it I realized at some point in the past few weeks I had lost the forest for the trees and the current version was, in fact, unlistenable and bad. I decided to completely give up and move on to something else! And then a few hours later I decided to start again and rerecord the whole thing from scratch. This turned out to be a good decision! It came together in about 2 days and I think we’re good now. I mean like fingers crossed ask me again tomorrow but still maybe
